- Day 1 (key collection): Walk-through with the developer. You receive a snag list form, complete it during the walk-through, and submit it. Lifts are NOT released for resident use on this day.
- Day 2-14 (rectification): Samana's contractor team works through the snag list. This involves painters, plumbers, electricians moving between units. Lifts are used by contractor teams only. Residents are not permitted access with goods.
- Day 15 (final inspection): Samana's QA team re-inspects. Issues not cleared are noted. Handover Certificate is conditionally issued.
- Day 16+ (move-in window): Residents receive formal occupancy approval. Service lift bookings open. Movers cleared to enter.
If you try to move in on day 3 or day 10, you'll be turned away at the ground-floor security desk. The building manager doesn't have the authority to override the developer's handover protocol until the Certificate is issued.

- Target morning slots. 09:00-12:00 slots move faster than afternoon slots because contractor traffic has left by then and lifts run their first service cycles.
Service Access and Truck Parking
Samana Skyros sits on a secondary Arjan road with basement parking for residents and surface parking for visitors. Moving trucks use the surface service area — there are 3 designated staging bays and a drop-off zone.
- No trucks over 3.5 tonnes. The service road is too narrow for heavier trucks. For larger moves, we use two 3.5-tonne vehicles instead of one 7.5-tonne.
- Basement parking is residents-only. Don't have your mover try to park in the basement — they'll be turned back.
