Townhouse Moving Logistics: The JVT-Specific Challenges

JVT townhouses have a consistent layout challenge: split-level entries and L-shaped staircases. Standard 3-storey townhouses have the main living area on the ground floor, bedrooms on the first floor, and sometimes a roof terrace/study on the second floor. Here is how we handle it:

What Utilities Are Used in JVT?

JVT uses standard DEWA electricity and water — no district cooling. DEWA setup for a townhouse requires a AED 4,000 refundable deposit. Internet is available from both Etisalat (e&) and du via fibre.
